All shipments have a processing time of 24 hours for express orders and 48 hours for regular orders. This excludes weekends and U.S. holidays. However, we will try our best to ship orders out as quickly as we can.
Our daily shipping cutoff time for express orders is at 3PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and 4PM PST for regular orders. We process orders from 8:30AM PST - 4PM PST from Monday to Friday. No orders are processed on weekends and U.S holidays. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays observed by the UPS, FEDEX, USPS and DHL.
Orders of $150 or more require a signature confirmation (Someone must be available to sign for the package at the time of delivery).
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders of $70 and over (excluding taxes) and ship through Standard Delivery. Our standard shipping option is First Class Mail.
We only provide USPS Shipping for military addresses and APO /FPO orders. These orders may take up to 14 days in transit.

For FEDEX and USPS packages, once the order is shipped, if you would like to re-route the package to a different address or if it's a mistake on shipping address. we will charge $19.99 to change the address.
International Shipping: When shipping internationally it is important to know that the end customer is importing the product, and will therefore likely have to pay duties/taxes. Each country has its own set of rules which change often and are assessed at the port of entry by a customs officer. Because duties are paid by the end customer, each international customer will have a different experience purchasing our products and should be aware of the increased end price of the product. Keep in mind (although these situations are rare), depending on the destination country and the product shipped, it is possible that the product can be sent back to the shipper. If the customer refuses to pay these duties/taxes at the time of delivery, they are responsible for the return shipping costs to have the order sent back to us. If we are forced to pay these costs, they will be deducted from the total refund back to the customer for the returned order.
Shipping Delays: The USPS do their best to insure you receive your package on time, however occasional delays do occur due to weather conditions, mechanical problems and driver error. We are NOT responsible for delayed delivery and we do not issue refunds for delayed delivery. We do our best to insure you have what you want, when you want it, as does the USPS , however there are unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery. To avoid late arrival of your package, please order early enough to allow for the making, shipping and travel time of your purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to place an order at a time that will allow it to be made and received by the date needed.
Delivery time of day: We cannot predict or guarantee the time of day the USPS will deliver your package. That is completely out of our hands, and is determined exclusively by the work load and delivery schedule of the individual USPS worker. We cannot schedule a particular time to deliver your package, and we do not issue refunds if your package is not delivered at the time you want it. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
USPS Delivery confirmation: We use USPS to ship our products. All shipments have delivery confirmation which serves as proof of delivery. When the USPS informs us that they have successfully delivered our customer’s package, that is the end of our responsibility as it relates to shipping. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged or missing packages, or errors made by Postal service employees.
Tracking your package: General tracking is available for USPS priority mail packages as well as Express mail packages. However, it is not unusual for a USPS Express mail package to arrive before the package shows in the USPS online system. We have no influence on USPS and we cannot make a package within their system move any quicker.
Can't ship to APO/FPO Box: We uses United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship products to our customers. Based on agreements between the US Post Office (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS), UPS cannot make deliveries to USPS-owned property. So, if you have an APO box, please make arrangements to have your Finish Line purchase delivered to a physical address where UPS is authorized to deliver. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience for you.
Can't ship to a PO Box: Based on agreements between the US Post Office (USPS) and UPS, UPS can deliver to USPS owned property via the Economy shipping method only. Why this is? You might have to ask them about it. Regardless, please remember to enter your PO Box in the Apt/Suite line on the shipping page so your order can get to you without delay.

How do I know my order is ready?: Eleaf will send you an email indicating when your order is ready to be picked up.
For In-Store Pickup Orders Simply come into the shop let us know you are here to pick up a web order. You must have a valid ID and a your order number.
